Job Summary

Viacore Winnipeg is looking for a Full Time, hardworking, self‑motivated, experienced Sales Coordinator to join its team. The ideal candidate is safety conscious, punctual, reliable, and can work well alone or in a team. We're looking for someone with a good understanding of our business, who is computer literate and has knowledge of, or willing to learn, our internal ERP system, payroll hour entry, and invoicing process.

This is an immediate vacancy.

Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent

Reporting to:
Branch Manager

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders via telephone, fax, e‑mail and walk‑in customers; maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Communicate with customers and other branch employees to ensure order accuracy and smooth operations.
  • Invoicing - ensure all proper paperwork is completed, inventory adjustments are complete, costing and pricing is accurate.
  • Produce work orders and slitting permits for jobs, coordinate slitting jobs with Slitter, Shipper / Receiver or Shop Foreman / Service Manager.
  • Assist Outside Sales with quotations and sourcing products.
  • Payroll hour entry for service crews, month‑end accruals etc.
Qualifications
  • A university degree or college diploma in accounting or business administration preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other service management software (ERP, Excell, Outlook, etc.).
