Project-Driven Plan Build Specialist

Drive impactful plan designs as a Project-Driven Plan Build Specialist at Green Shield. This position emphasizes project management, plan setup, and client communication in a collaborative workplace.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Plan Build Services, you will play a crucial role in both structure setup and amendments for a variety of customers across different business lines. Your responsibilities include facilitating client meetings, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring compliance with plan design requirements. You will also manage complex tasks while interpreting and processing plan changes effectively.

• Participate in RFP reviews and sales document analysis
• Map plan designs using the prescribed template
• Lead client meetings to gather and confirm requirements
• Input plan designs into the Administrative System
• Work with various teams for project implementation

• Degree or diploma in business, administration, or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration
• Proficient in data analysis and MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
