In this position, you will assist Account Managers and Directors, providing critical support through various tasks. Your responsibilities will include generating invoices, tracking receivables, and ensuring documentation precision aligned with procedures. A solid emphasis on communication and organizational skills is key to thriving in PLATFORM’s fast-paced culture.
Key Responsibilities- Manage documentation for a diverse book of business
- Generate and track client invoices accurately
- Coordinate client setups on e-bonding portals
- Execute bonds and other documentation as needed
- Prepare client documentation for courier delivery
- Preferred experience with Applied Systems EPIC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Teamwork ability essential for collaboration
