We are seeking a highly motivated Rate Analyst to join our team s role is integral to successfully managing customer rates, auditing freight management software, and creating rate packages for new business opportunities. Your analytical skills will drive decision-making and help maintain profitability across shipments and accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit freight management software for shipment profitability
• Develop and deliver competitive rate packages to customers
• Provide necessary support to sales and customer service teams
• Maintain accurate pricing in freight management systems
• Create periodic reports and manage fuel surcharge tracking
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or relatable experience
• Exceptional organizational skills for deadline management
• Strong analytical ability for data interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in advanced data analysis using spreadsheets
