In this onsite role within the Human Resources department, you will execute payroll duties such as data entry and compliance reporting, whilst addressing payroll discrepancies for effective resolution. Adaptability and creativity are essential as you navigate various union agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute specialized payroll functions including data input
• Investigate and rectify any payroll discrepancies
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on payroll issues
• Support operations by following policies and procedures
• Ensure strict confidentiality in payroll activities
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of payroll experience desired
• Proficient with PC applications like Excel and Word
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines
