In this permanent position, you will coordinate workshops on diverse topics while collaborating with equity-deserving groups to ensure inclusive training opportunities. You'll be responsible for all aspects of workshop management, from development to execution, promoting memberships, and maintaining the Production Centre's operational aspects. Strong communication and workshop coordination skills are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate filmmaking workshops across varied subjects
• Liaise with community and workshop instructors to promote engagement
• Oversee the Production Centre's equipment use for training
• Handle invoicing and monitor accounts for production services
• Support administration of funding programs as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in film production or media arts (2+ years)
• Proven track record in coordinating educational programs
• Proficiency with digital and analog filmmaking practices
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and social media tools
