In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for non-trade deductions, collaborating closely with teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for non-trade deduction issues
• Analyze deduction flow through Trade Management System
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Monitor customer repayments and coordinate actions
• Manage customer portals and dispute processes
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business or related fields
• 1-2 years of analytical or customer service experience
• Strong communication for effective data translation
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems
