Business Systems Manager: Process Optimization

This role requires a strategic leader to enhance the efficiency of operations through optimized processes. Drawing on your experience in Business Analysis and Lean methodology, you will manage cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining systems. Your leadership will ensure successful execution of issues resolution and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead BA team in optimizing cross-functional processes
• Ensure prompt resolution of issues affecting CC and PS systems
• Simplify and automate processes for enhanced service quality
• Participate in or lead projects for new system implementations
• Maintain compliance with financial reporting internal controls
Requirements:
• 5 years leading teams in project management
• Educational credentials in Business Analysis or Lean
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Process-oriented and proactive approach
• Willingness to travel up to 10% across Canada and the US
