Resource Allocation Specialist at Airports

Assume a vital role as a Resource Specialist in the Aviation Services team located in Montréal, Quebec. Focus on staff allocation and maximizing resources for optimal airport operations.
In this role, your duties will include coordinating resources for Airport Security Screening and analyzing Total Weekly Hours (TWH) budgets. You'll collaborate extensively with operational stakeholders and union representatives to implement effective scheduling strategies that enhance overall service delivery in airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage historical data to develop seasonal schedules

• Validate and approve deployment schedules across airports

• Gather airline schedules for regional listings

• Export analytical data for TWH evaluation and reports

• Collaborate on employee shift planning based on individual needs
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred

• 2-3 years of experience in resource planning

• Strong analytical and scheduling software skills

• Ability to multitask with great attention to detail

• Must obtain RAIC and Transport Canada clearance
