Become a PMO Coordinator committed to successful program delivery within a multi-stakeholder environment. You will enhance transformation initiatives by overseeing stakeholder coordination and reporting.
This role will let you support vital program activities including governance processes, RAID logs, and implementation tracking. Strong communication skills are required as you will interact with various stakeholders and vendors while managing project documentation. Your organizational skills will help drive effective coordination and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support integrated coordination and communication efforts
• Maintain governance documentation and reporting artifacts
• Track implementation progress and RAID logs
• Facilitate meetings and manage action items with stakeholders
• Contribute to integrated scheduling and milestone tracking
Requirements:
• Experience in PMO, program management, or implementation
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of project management tools preferred
• Familiarity within regulated, public-sector industries is an asset
