You will ensure compliance with municipal and provincial standards while completing projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage various building projects effectively from start to finish

• Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations

• Supervise office relocations and resource allocations

• Cultivate relationships with contractors and consultants

• Conduct site evaluations as needed to assess project progress
Requirements:

• Diploma in Architectural Building and Technology or equivalent

• Minimum four years of experience managing building projects

• Skilled in AutoCAD and project management tools

• Strong dedication to safety and a collaborative culture
