Implementation Specialist
Role Overview
Implementation Specialists at People Corporation lead and manage the implementation of new groups. They work in a dynamic environment as part of a team to process transactions related to the full implementation of a new group. This Customer Success role provides value to clients through daily customer service, leveraging technology, communication skills, and responsiveness to ensure a positive client experience.
Responsibilities- Take overall responsibility for the effective implementation of assigned new groups onto one of our third‑party administration platforms.
- Work with the Account Manager, Underwriter and Consultant to acquire all material required for the installation.
- Clarify information, resolve outstanding issues, examine and follow up on missing information.
- Provide frequent updates to all applicable stakeholders during the implementation process.
- Work closely with other areas in the decision‑making process to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Day‑to‑day manage client and advisor requests.
- Initiate and/or implement corrective action as needed to maintain excellent service standards and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients, advisors, and plan administrators.
- Maintain internal and external relationships and collaborate with all People Corporation departments.
- Adapt to changing needs of clients, both internal and external.
- College or university degree and at least 3 years of experience in an office setting.
- Prior experience in the Group Benefits industry is an asset.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and meet deadlines to satisfy client and internal needs.
- Project management skills are an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients.
- French bilingualism is an asset.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality control.

The base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant qualifications. Additional variable compensation components may apply.
