Automation Supervisor at DSV

This full-time role focuses on maximizing throughput and ensuring efficient operations within the facility. The Automation Supervisor oversees workload analysis, order allocation, and proactively addresses Warehouse Management System (WMS) issues. Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams is essential to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for automation and existing equipment

• Troubleshoot automation issues and implement timely solutions

• Collaborate on preventive maintenance with vendors

• Create and review automation documentation for projects

• Track overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) for performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

• Three years of 3PL automation experience

• Knowledge of WMS and strong MS Office skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
