- Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
- Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures

- Oversee development of communication strategies
- Manage knowledge
- Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies Screening questions
