Practice Manager - Oral Surgery Group

About The Role

Dental Practice Lead will support daily operations of the oral surgery group, including planning, execution, compliance, and leadership.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday as needed.

• Operational Planning & Execution:
  Build and execute plans to improve daily operations, ensure maximum productivity, operational excellence, and increase organic patient growth.
• Compliance & Patient Safety:
  Partner with Compliance, the DC Institute and Human Resources to ensure clinic compliance with provincial health regulation standards; oversee all compliance programs; lead by example to keep patient safety top priority; work in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Leadership:
  Lead, coach and motivate the team; improve productivity, engagement and retention; implement company programs, policies and procedures; support recruitment and interview dental professionals; manage staffing costs and payroll; oversee accounts receivable process.

• University or College Diploma in business or office administration.
• 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Manager.
• Experience in supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management.
• Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards.
• Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs.
