In this role, reported to the Customer Experience Manager, you will connect with customers through phone and in-person interactions. The role requires expertise in managing collision repair orders, ensuring an effective process from inquiry to completion. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to meeting customer needs while maintaining organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate repair needs and costs clearly to customers
• Manage phone calls and walk-in inquiries professionally
• Ensure all paperwork for collision repairs is completed accurately
• Follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or related field preferred
• High attention to detail and effective time management
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and technology
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commitment to ongoing learning and teamwork
Excel in customer relations and service across every collision repair experience at Birchwood Collision Centre.
