Lead the product vision for Auxo’s cutting‑edge fintech platform in Toronto or Montreal

This full‑time strategic role focuses on product roadmap, market validation, and team mentorship. Auxo seeks a Head of Product to take charge of product strategy and direction within its AI‑native framework. You will engage directly with customers while mentoring Product Managers, playing a critical role in evolving the platform from a standalone product to a multi‑product powerhouse. This leadership role emphasizes collaboration with engineers and commercial teams.

• Direct product strategy and roadmap across offerings
• Evaluate and prioritize strategic product investments
• Conduct customer discovery to validate market opportunities
• Formulate effective product positioning and value propositions
• Collaborate with Founders and engineering on product goals

• 7+ years of Product Management expertise
• 2+ years experience in mentoring team members
• Solid background in SaaS and product strategy
• Ability to create compelling product narratives
• Experience working in enterprise environments
