Position: Bison Transport Pricing Coordinator Role

In this role, you will support the Pricing team by coordinating pricing processes and ensuring timely submission of accurate bids. You will create pricing workbooks, consolidate submissions, and maintain pricing data in CRM systems. Your attention to detail is crucial as you troubleshoot pricing issues and analyze trends to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and share RFP pricing workbooks for stakeholders

• Consolidate pricing submissions into final bid documents

• Support Sales team by correcting pricing errors

• Maintain accurate pricing data in CRM systems

• Analyze pricing trends to provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or related field

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Power BI and reporting tools

• Familiarity with tender/RFP processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
