Elevate your career as a Lead Portfolio Manager with Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role combines strategic initiatives and governance to optimize diversified investment portfolios.
In this permanent, full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the Portfolio Management Department. You will serve as a shareholder representative, ensuring value realization and aligning initiatives with organizational goals. Your strategic insights will guide the governance of portfolio companies for enhanced performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously enhance portfolio company performance through assessments
• Recommend strategic alignment based on risk evaluations
• Implement structured Value Creation Plans effectively
• Set and monitor financial and operational targets
• Lead reviews on value realization and budget oversight
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Private Equity or similar sectors
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern markets is advantageous
• Must be willing to fully relocate to Saudi Arabia
• An advanced degree is preferred
