Position: Senior Administrative Role at RVH
Elevate your career as a Senior Administrative Professional with Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. Provide high-level support to enhance governance processes and strategic initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Governance, this critical role involves supporting the Board of Directors and senior leadership. Successful candidates will possess a strong three years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare. Your responsibilities will include coordinating board meetings, managing governance documentation, and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all Board and Committee meetings efficiently

• Document accurate minutes and key discussions

• Prepare timely agendas and distribution materials

• Manage onboarding and offboarding for Board members

• Oversee compliance with governance records

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of administrative experience

• Experience in healthcare and Board governance preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point
