Position: Senior Business Analyst at Red River Mutual
Red River Mutual is seeking a Senior Business Analyst III for a hybrid position in Winnipeg, MB. Focus on gathering requirements and enhancing software solutions in the insurance domain.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll engage with multiple stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements while ensuring that solutions align with best practices.

Your role will also support quality assurance processes and drive process improvements within the Guidewire Insurance Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements gathering sessions

• Document processes and enhance software functionalities

• Facilitate stakeholder communication through effective demos

• Conduct investigations and troubleshooting for production tickets

• Collaborate with QA on testing scenarios and execution

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience as a business analyst

• Knowledge of the insurance industry and Guidewire platforms

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies

• Relevant certifications in business analysis preferred
