This position is integral to Canada Life as it navigates modernization and transformational efforts. You will lead the planning cycle for Canada Operations and ensure initiatives align with business priorities for maximum value delivery. By working closely with Finance and Operations leaders, you will leverage your financial expertise to optimize performance and outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual planning aligning investments with strategic priorities

• Oversight of Operations Modernization initiatives for value realization

• Provide integrated portfolio visibility to senior leaders

• Develop executive-ready materials that communicate progress

• Monitor risks and drive collaboration across teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years in strategic planning, operations, or finance

• Degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred

• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
