Birchwood Dealership Administrator Position

Location: Steinbach

Become a vital part of Birchwood's operations as a Dealership Administrator. This role focuses on supporting Sales & Services teams, ensuring a streamlined customer experience and operational efficiency.

As a Dealership Administrator, you report to the General Manager and play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction. You will create purchase orders, process inventory for vehicles, and audit warranty claims for manufacturers. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of dealership divisions

• Create purchase orders for sales and services

• Process inventory for new and used vehicles

• Audit and submit warranty claims to manufacturers

• Utilize software tools to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience preferred

• Familiarity with automotive dealership operations

• Comfortable using computer software tools

• Knowledge of CDK dealer management software an asset

• Strong organizational and time management skills
