In this 6-month term role, reporting to the Senior Business Operations Specialist, you will create and improve SOPs and operational documentation. This role emphasizes collaboration across departments to optimize workflows and ensure project readiness for FY26/27.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed SOPs and operational logs
• Assist with process documentation for project readiness
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with project teams for smoother operations
• Verify service standards are consistently met
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in a financial environment
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
