Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facilities-related capital projects and budgeting
• Act as the main point of contact for project teams
• Monitor project progress and documentation standards
• Coordinate vendor activities and service provider access
• Assist with asset tracking and space planning operations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience in facilities or project roles
• Familiarity with building systems and maintenance practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
