In this pivotal role, you will manage and mentor a team dedicated to Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing within our Business Project Management Office. You will drive improvement initiatives and form strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in business analysis and a proven track record in stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop Business Analyst and UAT teams

• Implement methodologies and standards for quality improvement

• Balance resource allocation and team workload effectively

• Lead UAT processes and defect management efforts

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Business Analysis in the finance sector

• History of leading User Acceptance Testing initiatives

• Skills in resource planning and workload management

• Strong ability to build relationships at all levels

• Relevant degree or experience; knowledge of Agile preferred
