Position: Estimator Role with DCC Hail

In this crucial Estimator role, you'll engage directly with customers and work alongside technicians and insurance adjusters to facilitate repairs. Having extensive experience with estimation software such as Mitchell and Qapter ensures an efficient process and accuracy in your work. Building and maintaining strong relationships is key to your impact in this role across various Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicles for hail damage and develop repair estimates

• Liaise with technicians regarding repair plans

• Manage client relationships and insurer communications

• Prepare claims and write estimates using industry software

• Ensure the quality of repairs meets or exceeds standards

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of bodyshop or hail repair experience

• Experienced in writing estimates with Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter

• Familiar with insurance guidelines and procedures

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel across Canada
