This vital role focuses on fostering workplace safety and employee well-being at various Canad Inns locations. You'll work closely with management and staff to implement safety policies, conduct training, and manage incident reports. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to drive compliance and support the overall health and safety program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Health & Safety compliance across all properties

• Support Health & Safety Committees effectively

• Conduct inspections, audits, and complete required reporting

• Oversee incident investigations with follow-up actions

• Maintain and document safety policies and practices

Requirements:

• Min 3 years Health & Safety experience

• Proven ability to manage WCB claims processes

• Experience in disability case management preferred

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Ability to travel regularly between different properties
