At PLATO, we’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years in the field. This role focuses on bridging business and technical teams, ensuring data solutions meet outlined requirements. You will engage closely with Data Engineers to validate solutions and utilize Oracle SQL to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and validate data reporting needs with stakeholders
• Create actionable specifications for the technical team
• Support product development with user story creation
• Validate data requirements using Oracle SQL
• Communicate project scope and priorities effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise settings
• Intermediate skills in Business Requirements Analysis
• Basic proficiency in Oracle SQL required
• Strong skills in documentation and validation
• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities
