Customer-Focused Driver Trainer Specialist

Become a key part of our team as a Customer-Focused Driver Trainer Specialist. This role includes order management, client communication, and data handling for training purposes.

As a Customer-Focused Driver Trainer Specialist, you will oversee driver training order entries and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date. You'll manage trainer schedules, assist with training sessions, and provide updates to sales teams and clients. Your objective is to facilitate successful training programs while building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify training orders and manage proper documentation

• Coordinate training schedules and trainer availability

• Handle invoicing processes and customer transactions

• Import training data and generate reports as required

• Assist in direct communication with clients for support

Requirements:

• Community College Certificate/Diploma or higher

• Background in education or training facilitation

• Knowledge of order and data management systems

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
