This pivotal role involves the management of financial performance and the operation of event technology solutions in a hotel and convention center setting. The Director, Event Technology I actively participates in shaping sales strategies and ensuring the execution of high-quality service. Collaboration with venue staff and proactive problem-solving will be key in maintaining operational integrity and achieving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational efficiencies and scheduling

• Develop business strategies to increase profitability

• Review financial reports to drive ongoing improvements

• Assist in technical troubleshooting on-site

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• 3+ years in audio visual roles with supervisory experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audio visual technology

• Valid driver’s license required
