In this pivotal position, you will manage multiple engineering organizations while shaping the Foundational Layer that powers all Relativity aiR applications. You will leverage extensive experience in product management, focusing on data platform primitives, APIs, and the architecture of legal data workflows. Your ability to build teams and influence cross-functional groups will be crucial in driving product adoption and aligning priorities in a multi-pillar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee product management across engineering orgs
• Define the structure for storage, ontology, and query layers
• Manage platform capabilities for observability and audit
• Shape a unified metadata model for integration partners
• Establish operating rhythms for PM organization
Requirements:
• 12+ years in product management; 5+ years in platform leadership
• Solid understanding of data primitives and APIs
• Proven ability to build and grow a PM team
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience with AI systems preferred
