Accounts Manager at Floodway

Become the key point of contact for orders at Floodway as an Accounts Manager. Master customer communication, artwork preparation, and scheduling operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

In this role, you serve as the essential link between customers and our production team. Your day revolves around quoting, booking orders, preparing customer artwork in Photoshop and Illustrator, and ensuring all supplies are ready for timely production. A crucial part of your responsibility is to monitor order progress and identify potential delays, making you a vital component of our Lean approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote and book orders by email efficiently

• Prepare customer artwork for print approval

• Ensure timely ordering of blank goods

• Monitor shop orders and prevent delays

• Continuously seek better methods to enhance productivity

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and experience

• Proficient with computer tools and shortcuts

• Detail-oriented in fast-paced environments

• Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator

• Ability to work independently and manage time
