We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an emerging global process modernization and business transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.

The program is focused on modernizing and standardizing business processes across multiple global segments, reducing duplication, improving governance, and establishing more consistent ways of working. The mandate will span business process, data, technology, controls, operating model, and change management, with AI and emerging technologies serving as potential enablers of transformation.

The Program Manager will play a key role in establishing the program structure and governance model, aligning executive stakeholders globally, managing interconnected work streams and dependencies, and translating an evolving transformation strategy into an executable multi-year roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale global business transformation program with multiple interconnected work streams.
• Establish and mature the global program governance framework, including decision-making structures, reporting, escalation paths, and stakeholder forums.
• Partner with executive-level stakeholders across global business and technology groups to establish alignment, priorities, and program direction.
• Facilitate complex trade-off discussions and drive decisions across stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Develop and manage an integrated multi-year program roadmap, critical path, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate dependencies across business processes, data, technology, controls, operating model, risk, and organizational change.
• Assess current-state processes and systems and help identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and modernization.
• Support emerging technology initiatives through enterprise governance and approval processes, including AI governance, privacy, security, and risk assessments.
• Provide clear executive-level reporting on program health, decisions, risks, dependencies, progress, and required actions.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure transformation initiatives move from strategy and pilot stages into structured execution.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Extensive Program Management experience leading large-scale, enterprise business transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple interconnected work streams beyond pure technology delivery.
• Significant experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders in a global organization.
• Proven ability to operate successfully within complex, matrixed, and politically sensitive environments.
• Demonstrated experience establishing or materially improving global program governance frameworks.
• Strong experience managing complex dependencies across business process, data, technology, controls, operating model, and change management.
• Proven ability to facilitate difficult stakeholder discussions, resolve competing priorities, and drive executive decisions.
• Experience building and managing integrated program roadmaps, critical paths, milestones, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience navigating enterprise governance processes involving risk, privacy, security, controls, and executive approvals.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, influence, and facilitation skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience leading Finance transformation or Finance modernization programs.
• Experience with large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting Finance or Actuarial technology portfolios.
• Experience with in Financial Services, Insurance, or another highly regulated global enterprise.
• Experience supporting AI or emerging technology initiatives, particularly where AI governance, risk assessments, privacy reviews, security reviews, and executive approvals were required.
• Experience taking an emerging transformation program from pilot or formation stage through formalized governance and enterprise-scale execution.
