Advance your career as a Senior Portfolio Planning Specialist with Canada Life. This permanent full-time role focuses on resource capacity planning and project intake management while supporting strategic alignment.
In this key position, you will report to the Manager of Planning & Intake, managing requests and facilitating prioritization across the organization. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate resource availability and enhance transparency through executive dashboards. Your strong analytical and stakeholder management skills will ensure effective leadership decision-making and initiative alignment with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage centralized intake processes for project requests
• Review incoming requests for feasibility and alignment
• Facilitate regular intake meetings and communications
• Apply prioritization frameworks for objective decision support
• Analyze project resource allocation and constraints
Requirements:
• 2+ years in project or portfolio management
• Strong analytical skills and reporting capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management practices
