Position Overview ARS Responds Canada is looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to help elevate and evolve our national brand presence across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities Design high-impact visual assets across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications.
Create executive‑level PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and strategic communication materials.
Support RFQ/RFP submissions through strong visual layout, structure, and storytelling.
Develop campaign creative for social media, website, recruitment, email, and ARS internal communications platform.
Design infographics, diagrams, templates, signage, and branded marketing collateral.
Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all ARS touchpoints.
Collaborate with Communications, Business Development, HR, Operations, and Leadership teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Experience 7–10+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft PowerPoint, brand design, print and layout design.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
Experience with Word Press, Canva, Figma, video editing, or motion graphics considered an asset.
