This role encompasses overseeing the entire content lifecycle, from pitch to publish, while collaborating with various teams to maximize content performance. You will focus on innovative, data-driven storytelling targeting high ROI formats and enhancing visuals with AI production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full content lifecycle from pitch to publish

• Develop high-ROI digital formats specifically for You Tube

• Shape engaging storytelling using data analytics

• Collaborate with AI production and post teams for visual enhancement

• Iterate quickly based on retention and A/B testing results

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in digital content production

• Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end

• Robust instinct for You Tube-native content performance

• Multi-hyphenate skills in producing, writing, and editing

• Capacity to deliver quality work on tight budgets
