We'reseeking a talented Graphic Designer with a diverse skill set tojoinour Marketing and Communications department.

You'llcreate high-quality concepts and designs for various communications products and campaigns in print, digital, web, and video formats. You will also work with our team to ensure that our publications and communications materials are up-to-date,accessible,adhere to our brand standards, andmeet business and project objectives.

As a highly organized and detail-oriented team member,You'll contribute to developing enhanced processes and systems within the department, including selecting and implementing a digital asset management platform.

* Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office only, with three daysin-office per week.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Create compelling graphicand multi-media designs and layouts for various platforms, including digital ads, banners, social media, presentations, brochures, e-newsletters, and printed marketing collateral.
• Develop,editand/or oversee the design and production of materials used in various channels and mediums, including web content, video content, animations,infographicsand branded merchandise.
• Maintain consistency in branding by ensuring all design elements align with company guidelines.
• Optimizewebsite and digital content to ensure functionality, visual appeal, and positive user experience.
• Work closely with IT, developers, and external parties, providingexpertiseand guidance on design, brand, and communication best practices.
• Identify business process improvements and suggest ways to streamline or enhance procedures.
• Stay current with new and emerging design trends and the tools,software and platforms used to develop innovative multi-media content.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of design experience preferred.
• Degree or diploma from an accredited graphic design, multi-media design, or related program.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experiencemaintaininga highly organized file management system.
• Ability to work closely in a team environment andself-motivated to work independently.
• Proficient in graphic design programs, and experience with digital platforms used to create, distribute and manage digital assets.
