Key Responsibilities:

• Process commercial customer invoices efficiently

• Conduct aging analysis and manage overdue accounts

• Complete month-end account reconciliations

• Prepare sales reporting accurately each month

• Perform clerical duties related to record maintenance

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant accounts receivable experience

• Solid understanding of accounting and receivable processes

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office

• Education in accounting is an advantage

• High-volume manufacturing experience is preferable
