This full-time role involves thorough asset reconciliation for newly onboarded advisors, reporting directly to the Manager of Advisor Services. You will track discrepancies, manage records, and liaise with internal teams to enhance asset transfer efficacy. Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile and track assets for transferred client accounts
• Report weekly on reconciliation progress to advisory teams
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Collaborate with other teams on asset management issues
• Identify process enhancements for better efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or diploma in Finance, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years in financial advisor support or operations
• Valid CSC/CPH or Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
