You will report to the Director of Finance Business Partner, working collaboratively with corporate leaders to provide comprehensive financial analysis and management reports. This position supports shared services, ensuring accurate tracking of budgets and forecasts while driving cutting‑edge financial strategies alongside the FP&A team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leaders on financial forecasts and budgets
- Analyze monthly and annual operating results
- Report on headcount with People & Culture team
- Conduct financial modeling projects
- Develop financial models using various methodologies
- Post‑secondary degree in relevant field
- CPA designation or in progress
- 5+ years in FP&A; minimum 2 years in leadership
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Experience in financial sector an asset
