Location:

Beloeil, South Shore of Montreal (on-site, occasional teleworking per policy).

• Manage the entire financing process, from the initial client contact to repayment.
• Analyze financing applications and manage the complete structuring process:
  • Collection of client information
  • Analysis and validation of documentation
  • Preliminary investigation and risk analysis
  • Coordination of internal processes
  • Pre‑ and post‑disbursement follow‑up

• Relevant training or experience in real estate, financing, mortgage brokerage, or banking.
• Positive understanding of the fundamentals of financing (essential).
• Rigorous, autonomous, and discreet.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel advanced, Outlook, One Note).
• Knowledge of certain tools/applications:
  Land Registry, REQ, RDPRM, Demeter, Infolot, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Experience in project management or construction (considered an asset).
