IAMGOLD Operational Excellence Analyst

You will be an integral part of ensuring proper administration of the IDHall system and providing insights through data analysis for effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure IDHall including user permissions and metadata

• Validate business cases focused on financial outcomes

• Collaborate with Finance on benefits realization tracking

• Maintain and design automated reporting dashboards

• Publish reports highlighting financial risks

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline

• 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics

• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel

• Familiar with data governance and auditing processes

• Background in mining or similar industries is a plus
