Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this full-time position plays a crucial part in building member trust  through thorough discussions about their financial aspirations. You will leverage your knowledge of credit solutions and investment strategies to offer comprehensive guidance that aligns with both immediate and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver proactive financial advice to members

• Assess and advise on credit applications and loans

• Onboard members through detailed financial conversations

• Support everyday investment needs and introduce complex strategies

• Conduct proactive outreach to maintain member engagement

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in financial advising roles

• Strong skills in interpersonal communication and presentation

• Ability to analyze member needs and recommend solutions

• Experience in financial institutions is required

• Familiarity with Credit Union products is a plus
