Position: CPKC Analyst for Receivables Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and monitor past-due receivables efficiently

• Validate and resolve account disputes with stakeholders

• Foster collaborative relationships with all customers

• Manage both escalated and standard accounts strategically

• Drive improvements by identifying process issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration

• 2 years of relevant experience in collections

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary

• Knowledge of SAP systems (ECC & S4) preferred

• Strong negotiation and time-management skills
