Position: Become a Senior Wealth Advisor Branch
Steinbach Credit Union is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor for its Winnipeg or Steinbach branch. Manage portfolios and deliver personalized investment advice to enhance member financial success.

As a trusted advisor at one of Canada’s top credit unions, you will be responsible for guiding members through their investment journeys. This role combines sales skills, financial planning, and community engagement to grow SCU’s wealth advisory business. Your insights will empower members to achieve their financial objectives with tailored recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide member-centered investment guidance and planning

• Identify and address financial needs through proactive assessments

• Maintain knowledge of financial products and compliance

• Build and deepen member relationships based on trust

• Execute strategies for community engagement and outreach

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years formal education or equivalent

• 6–8 years of related experience in financial services

• Hold a CFP designation or working toward it

• Strong relationship management and influencing skills

• Ability to analyze and deliver tailored financial solutions
