Position: Director of Finance Leadership Opportunity
Earn a key leadership position as Director of Finance at One Arrow First Nation. Drive financial strategies and ensure fiscal accountability in this full-time on-site role in Saskatoon.

You will report directly to the Director of Operations and collaborate with Chief and Council. This position involves overseeing financial operations across all programs, guiding budgeting and compliance processes while advising senior management on financial performance. Your expertise will ensure transparency and integrity in all financial dealings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and strategic financial planning

• Manage fiscal responsibilities and reporting processes

• Ensure compliance with funding and auditing standards

• Advise on financial trends and investment opportunities

• Mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in senior-level financial roles

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; MBA advantageous

• CPA designation preferred

• Knowledgeable in GAAP and internal controls

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
