Contribute to financial wellness at Cambrian Credit Union as a Member Services Role. This position requires member-focused interactions and expertise in transaction processing and digital literacy.
In this role, you'll be an essential point of contact for members, providing them with exceptional service and helping them navigate their banking needs. With a minimum of one year’s experience at a financial institution, you will use your skills to suggest products that align with members’ financial goals and ensure smooth transaction handling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-notch service through effective member engagement
• Complete a variety of banking transactions accurately and promptly
• Identify and promote Cambrian services tailored to member needs
• Educate members about technology solutions for banking
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• One year experience in a bank or credit union is mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
• Flexible availability, including Monday through Saturday shifts
• Familiarity with various digital devices and software
• Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
