Position: Operational Resilience Manager Life
Canada Life is seeking a full-time Manager of Risk & Resilience to strengthen operational frameworks within the Individual Wealth division. Drive risk management initiatives and enhance resilience capabilities.

This role requires effective collaboration as you work closely with business leaders to develop a robust understanding of risk within the organization. You will lead various risk programs and implement improvements in processes and controls, ensuring compliance with enterprise strategies. Ideal candidates will bring strategic vision and effective leadership to influence risk management culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a solid risk advisory framework for the business

• Oversee key risk indicators and risk reporting initiatives

• Identify opportunities for process and control improvements

• Facilitate discussions on operational risks and treatment options

• Provide insights for the Risk & Compliance Committee

Requirements:

• 5+ years in operational risk within financial services

• Relevant designations such as CRM, CPA, or CIA

• In-depth knowledge of wealth management regulations

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
