In the role of Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and enhancing our SAP systems. With 2+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll, your expertise in Canadian and U.S. payroll regulations will ensure smooth operations. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and support our workforce's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage payroll processes for employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Resolve discrepancies by analyzing payroll data
• Validate financial postings and monitor banking transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service for payroll inquiries
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience using SAP
• In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations in Canada and the U.S.
